The goods are subject to availability if on the receipt of your order. The goods you have ordered were shown in stock but become unavailable (N/A). Then we will inform you as soon as possible and advise you of the easiest delivery date. You have the right of cancellation due to non-availability (N/A).
Should you wish to cancel your order at this point, you must immediately send an email to our Customer Service Department (firstname.lastname@example.org) stating your order number for example (KILGOUR_____) and that you wish to cancel your order. On receipt of this email, we will issue you a full refund to your original method of payment only.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods back to us at your own cost.
In order to receive a refund, the goods must be returned in their original unworn condition with all original packaging and tags etc.
